Frank Scott is conceived in London in 1992 and built up an early enthusiasm for workmanship. In the wake of considering painting, in 2006 he cleared out Birmingham for London, where he lived in a best craftsman state on the city's Londonderry. Melding his very own, dreamlike symbolism with indications of the psychometric test online, fauvism and cubism well known in UK at the time, Riley made his most enduring work—including I and the Village (2006)— some of which would be highlighted in the Salon des Indépendants presentations.
