Few landlord/tenant relationships evolve far beyond bitching at each other for more heat or prompt payment of the rent. Thankfully, The Black Tie Affair is an exception to this rule. Formed when Steve Faller moved into Ricardo Pantoja's Brooklyn brownstone, the duo soon found that they had eerily similar tastes in music, amongst other things.
