Soulful Jeremy Rees

The Soulful Saturday Breakfast is 2 hours of classic soul and cool jazz 'to wake you up with rhythm'. Broadcast live each week on Radio Cardiff - 98.7fm in the City and streaming online at www.radiocardiff.org. At 8.30am we present a slot for local artists to perform acoustic versions of songs, play tracks from their CD's and talk about their music. I previously presented other strands on the station including 'Lunchbreak' and the Saturday afternoon 'Ready Steady Score!'. In addition to Soulful Saturday,I also write & present the 'Legends' music profile series; The Radio Cardiff Soul Cellar'(Northern Soul) and 'The Rhythm of Life' interview & music shows. Radio Cardiff has a number of shows dedicated to the best soul & jazz, including 'Jazz Train' with Humie Webb on Sunday mornings at 10am; 'Soul Freedom' with KGB & Mike Ashley on Sunday afternoons at 3pm and 'The Jazz Connection' with Andy Roberts on Monday evenings at 8pm. The Soulful Saturday Breakfast is on Radio Cardiff 7am-9am** - Wake Up with Rhythm!
