Sophie Aboud

Sophie Aboud is 17 years old and has been writing songs since she was eleven. From age six, she was singing solos in church productions and Christmas Carols, which was followed by roles in musical theatre. At the age of eight, Sophie recorded her first songs for a children’s Cd. Since being home schooled from the age of twelve, her love of song writing and singing has continued to develop. Last year Sophie entered the International Song Writing Competition, where her song "Waiting for you" was placed in the semi-finals of the teen category, this year Sophie has been placed in the Finals of the Teen category, with her song “Strings Attached”. Recently Sophie recorded her latest songs with Chartsong Productions.
