Pamela Brennan

About Pamela Brennan

Toronto, Canada

A founding member of pop/rock band Hennessey, who opened for bands like 54-40, Big Sugar, and The Skydiggers, and garnered such fans as Ron MacLean, Daniel Richler, and Mike Bullard, Brennan toured extensively throughout Ontario to support their independent albums until 2003. Free to explore a new and more intimate direction, Pamela set to writing and performing solo for the first time. Co-produced with singer-songwriter/producer Peter Murray (Wooden Stars) at his Junction Soundbox studio, Pamela’s debut solo album One Hundred Photographs is personal and immediate, with lyrics and arrangements that evoke a melancholy, bittersweet feeling and draw the listener in.
