About Ms. Chief

Stone Mountain, GA

Ms. Chief, pronounced "mischief", was born in Chattanooga, TN in 1988. To help quench her thirst for creativity, she decided to start writing lyrics at the age of 11. Now many years later, she has begun to release new tracks out into the radio world and perform at local nightclubs to get some exposure. Holding down the champion spot every Tuesday on a local radio station's "Street Flava" with Stoopid Fruity Swagger" and opening up for celebrities that come through Chattanooga, she feels like she's making the right moves. Keeping in mind that she's a student, sister and daughter foremost, she not only creates music for the club, but tracks for people of all ages. Although Ms. Chief is presenting herself as a rapper, she puts her studies as a Web Designer first. She's graduated in May 2010 with a Web Design Degree and is transferring to TN Tech to further her education in August. Leading by example is the way she thinks things should be done and she tries her best to create the best example for the young followers she may gather. If parents are looking for good, clean, body-moving music, they can search through Chief's selections and they are sure to find something suitable. Her style is unusual in every way. From the way she raps, the way she dresses to the lyrics she writes. To her, music doesn't have to be about sex, drugs, alcohol, and hatred in order to sell. Songs can be about not doing drugs/alcohol, not giving up your body, and turning the other cheek to the people who try and prevent you from succeeding. Ms. Chief is a wholesome young woman who values people who do the right thing and tries to do the right thing herself. The people who know her the best can vouch for that.
