San Diego’s 23 year old recording artist Louis James released his first 7 song E.P. entitled "Louis James - So Unreal" independently in 2005 and was made available worldwide through iTunes, Verizon Wireless, Yahoo Music and Best Buy.
2006 was undoubtedly a big year for James by being awarded the 2006 Southern California Music Award for 'Indie pop artist of the year" and the 2006 LA Music Award for “single of the year”.
In 2007 Louis James released a 10 song bilingual album with Grammy Award winning producer James Galvez. Galvez has produced Billboard charted hits for legendary latin artists Frankie J, Alicia Villarreal and the Kumbia Kings. 2008 quickly came around and James began working closely with Nick Cannon’s production team Can-I-Ball Entertainment and colaborated with rap superstar MIMS (Capitol Records) and teen icon Izzy Battle (Can-I-Ball Records).
As we head into 2009 there has been no rest for James as he teamed up with artist, producer and songwriter Frankie J (Sony BMG/ Columbia) for the development of his new album.
