Coming from New Jersey, the state that makes some of it's rock residents household names, Eastern Slaw feels it's time that NJ gets put on the map for some Country Music.
Getting it's name from a title that "came to mother in a dream", founding member, Keith Kozak explains--Eastern Slaw has been playing and writing music together since they were kids. Made up of 3 brothers, a cousin, and a blood brother, Eastern Slaw is ready to show the world what the musical meaning of "crossing over" really is.
This band has played nearly every genre of music;hard rock, punk, alternative,and jazz throughout the NY and NJ club scene, but has now settled in to the "new" country that can embrace all of their influences without boudaries.
