Dirt Road Hotel

Dirt Road Hotel was formed in 2007 after founding members Brian Bonds and Brian McComas met through a mutual friend. Their first meeting was just to write, but they quickly found their interests in music and beyond were too similiar to just let it be a one day writing appointment. Soon, they turned their song writing appointments into band rehearsals. It didn't take long for them to get into the studio and record what they had been writing and rehearsing. With influences that range from The Clash to Dwight Yoakam, they have carved a country sound that truly blends the barn and the beach. Punk sounding hillbilly guitars, mixed with steel guitars and a southern drawl, define Dirt Road Hotel in a way that sets them apart from any other band out there. They are finishing 2008 with a full schedule of college, festival and casino dates. The busy schedule will continue into 2009 and beyond.
