About B-Wash

Winter Springs, FL

Born Bacarrie Rashad Washington in Sanford, FLA, singer/songwriter Bacarrie is one of the most talented artists out there. While growing up in Sanford, Bacarrie quickly became attached to music as he enjoyed listening to the likes of D’angelo, Usher, R. Kelly, Donell Jones and Ginuwine. As much as he enjoyed listening to those great artists, Bacarrie also enjoyed listening to the great artists who inspired them as well. Starting with the great late Sam Cooke, to James Brown, Marvin Gaye, Michael Jackson and Prince, because as great as the artists Bacarrie grew up listening to are. He understood the value of knowing the history of the great ones before them. Even though he loved music Bacarrie was also an accomplished football player, as he didn’t get involved with music until his high school days because it took Bacarrie some time to realize he had a wonderful gift. While attending Winter Springs High School, Bacarrie decided to take up Choir at his church. This helped him to improve on his singing and dancing, and to also win a number of local talent shows. Now barely at the age of 21, Bacarrie has grown into a talented artist who’s ready to show the world what a southern boy with that smooth FLA gentlemen swagger, can contribute to the R&B game. One of Bacarrie goals is to bring some positive spotlight to his hometown of Sanford and the state of FLA. Realizing it’s not going to be easy without hard work, but he feels as long as he does him and with God guidance all of his dreams are possible. “Sanford gave me my swagger” says Bacarrie “I want people to get to know me, my city and my state!”
