About 29:11 The Plan
"For I know the plans I have for you... to give you a future and a hope." Jeremiah 29:11
MISSION: SEEKING NOT ONLY THE LOST, BUT ALSO THOSE WHO KNOW CHRIST, 29:11 WANTS TO SHOW YOU THE ROAD TO HOPE. WORSHIP IN A NEW WAY.
You may wonder why they chose these certain styles on your favorite classic hymns, but 29:11 knows that there is victory in Jesus, and we have been given that victory to praise what He has done for us on Calvary! So enjoy the new renditions of their hymns, and the true meaning behind the arrangements.
Aaron Daniel Annas is from a little town in North Carolina called Indian Trail. As a child, he grew up singing at his family’s church and for his grandfather’s “training union” classes. In high school, Aaron Daniel realized that music was not just something fun to do but a Calling. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Mars Hill College where he received a BFA in Musical Theatre and a minor in music. Moving from state to state, Aaron Daniel has spent years performing professionally. He has performed in many venues including Sight and Sound Theatre’s in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and at the Diana Wortham Theatre along with the Asheville Lyric Opera, in Asheville, NC. After portraying many diversified roles from a singing and dancing beanstalk in a tour of Jack and the Beanstalk to the angel, Gabriel, in The Miracle at The Miracle Theater in Pigeon Forge, TN, Aaron Daniel is happy to be portraying himself in the group 29:11 The Plan. He says, “I really enjoy getting to just be myself, communicating to others through song the love of Jesus Christ and the Hope we have in our faith!” Aaron Daniel thanks God for His musical gifts as well as all of the other blessings that come daily. He thanks the greatest blessing in his life, his beautiful, talented wife Jenny for her support. Aaron Daniel is grateful to be working with Tara Kirk who’s voice and writing skills continue to amaze him.
Tara Kirk, originally from the nearby-Hot Springs, Arkansas area, is married to the Worship Technology Director at Manley Baptist Church, in Morristown, Tennessee, Justin Kirk. Justin and Tara have traveled together as an entertainment couple all over the country in various theme parks and movie studios from Branson, to Arizona, to Indiana, to Cincinnati, to the Boston area, working for the well-known and respected company, Encore Intl. With Encore, they were able to do extreme stunts, sing, dance and act in many different types of shows. Following God’s calling to ministry in 2004, the couple took a "break" from the entertainment business to figure out just what it was that God had in store for them. It was not long after that they got into Christian Musical Theatre and moved to Lancaster, Pennsylvania to work for Sight and Sound Theatres, a ministry performing stories from the bible to the public. Tara's second year with Sight and Sound, she met Aaron Daniel. They worked together in Psalms of David as singers/dancers. They started writing music together between shows. The next year, Justin, Tara and Aaron Daniel were offered jobs in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee at The Miracle Theater, where they portrayed angels and bible characters for tourists, doing flying acrobatics, singing and dancing, etc. Tara portrayed the leading role of “Uriel,” Jesus’ angel. One year later, Justin took the position at Manley Baptist, and Tara got together with her dear friend, Aaron Daniel, to venture into this new stage of their ministry, the music group, 29:11 The Plan. With hearts seeking not only for the lost, but also those who know Christ, Tara and Aaron Daniel began writing and recording music to reach out to all kinds of people, in all stages of life, to bring people to a new and different style of worship.
