PlayHome In This Direction

It’s a biographical song, initially about my birth one early morning in April in 1981 at a hospital in Olathe, Kansas. Glossing over a few things, it moves along to the point in time at which I met my fiancé. The chorus expresses the competing senses of wandering & that we're moving toward a place of belonging (which Love, family, hope, God, etc. all give us a sense of). In short, it's a love song that is also about hope & finding part of life's direction through love. It’s on my new album, due out 2009.
