I'll be honest, this is the only song out of the ten that I don't jam out to for 15 seconds before I click "same" until I get my favorite band... then click "by far"

Samples are the basis of hip hop...true...as long as they cleared legally, then you are good. The track is cool...the flow is aight...i just hope that you cleared that sample before recording this jon't or unfortunately it won't get heard any further than this contest!

The "Luchini" beat you speak about (Camp Lo- 1997- Coolie High) was a sample itself. Thats what hip hop was and is to this day. Samples!!!! Its not that dynamic. The creativity of Hip hop is in the lyrics. Beats that are able to be cut and scratched by DJ's. Do your history young man. Look at producers like Marley Mal, Premier, and Kwame. Technology has just given new producers a sense of individuality. The only difference is. New producers dont know where the samples (they use) come from. Learn your music history. If they researched that they would open pandora's box for new and greater musicality. MUSIC PHILOSOPHY 101

I know everyone says watch out for "this and that" up and coming artist but serious bizness. Rewind is the next. There is so much talent is the DMV its unbeleievable. We are the creators of musicality. I've worked in several proffesional music fields and I have always seen DC individuals on the top or on their way to the top of the ladder being behind the scenes in the music industry. TV, Film, Music we are everywhere. Rewind embodies what this genre needs. I went to his page and read his BIO and this kid is semi-amazing. Im going to keep track of him and if you are a hip hop head i advise you keep track. I have 12 years in the entertainment/ music industry and i know what i'm talking about. Keep your eyes and ears open.
