The guitar work is masterful! The vocal harmony is great! Absolutely amazing that your only common language is music!! It's also hard to believe that you could pull off this collaboration without ever meeting in person or speaking!
I can definitely hear the Beatle influence more to the George Harrison influence on the singing parts. Mikle is one of my fav guitar players here. Great collab!! Greg
This work of musical art brings a tear to my eye. I've known Tray for thirty eight years and have heard most of his songs (all very good) but this gem of a collaboration with our Russian brother Mikle is outstanding . Way to piece time and distance together. Your friend in music and life Dennis.
after all the years, ones idea has finally been brought to fruition. two long lost brothers brought together by unusual circumstances collaborate on a fantastic piece of music. if listening to this doesn't pull on the old heartstrings nothing will. you and Mikle have touched us with the brilliance of your work. i am in awe. God bless you both. -rob
You've outdone yourself this time, Trabue! This latest song reveals your abilities to excel at engineering, as well! You have overlaid your recent guitar and voice on a 35 year old tape, added Mikle's guitar (all the way from Russia, no less) and have created this incredible work of art, "Lost in the Wax"!!!!
I wish you all of the best with your new endeavors, Trabue. I am certain that you and Mikle should collaborate regularly. There's no doubt that you make a fantastic team! Kay
Trabue and my best friend Kevin, Oh Yea I'm REALLY INTO THIS what a GREAT PIECE, I don't want to compare but the Harmonies the Base the Beauty of this work makes me reflect to some of my all time favorite works of the Wishbone Ash Argus time in history but more jazzy and with more thought. Very profound my friends but you have always been no less yourselves.
Trabue, Mikle, Kevin and Joe--what a fine production!! UNBELIEVABLE mix! Trabue you obviously have many talents--an ear for production, outstanding voice and harmony, and ability to write interesting music to capture an audience. There's such an interesting story here, you might consider contacting NPR radio and other music magazines to cover this accomplishment. The world needs some uplifting and fun stuff like this!!
