The voting is over i've got a personal call from Mrs. Henry that i have won the contest and that I'll need to drive up to get the giant check.

Ya I noticed that also..... It's probably just an update issue with the web site. If they cant fix it though they may have to reopen voting...

ya and last night no matter how much i or my friends voted the videos would not move...

Well, if you look at the rules of the website, it say the finals determine the winner of the whole websites winner, not that of a channel. That was determined last night.

The video is under 1 minute. In production, you learn that you put a pad of black before and after a video. Actually, you put color bars, slate and countdown. This leader does not factor into the total time. If you take just the video itself, minus the black, it comes in well under 1 minute.

This video is over time and does not meet the stated rules according to the State of Oklahoma.

also unfortunately, this video did not win 1st. The rules clearly stated that the video had to be 1 min or under. this one is 1:08, putting it over time. The next runner up should be celebrating right now

i agree with dylan. It says "vote in the finals", but when you go to vote, it takes you to a whole different channel!!
