PlayPost Mortem Blues of Succession

by Big-Hired Assassin

Be forewarned. This is a rant regarding many aspects of America. It is just a vent regarding corruption in a country that I love, but am deeply upset by at times.

Perfect for the current economy and situation.

I had plans to drop a comment on this piece the first time I heard it. It took me a while, but here are my thoughts.

There's such a thing as hard truth and tough love. Yo' this piece is hard and truthful. What I like most about this piece is the fact that you speak it without using background music. The backdrop is your own voice and the forefront of your message is the cold hard perspective of history and present.

I don't know if many of us have the guts (for lack of better words) to express ourselves in the way that you have here. Thanks for sharing the piece and I hope that those who really need to hear it take time to indulge in this bitter-sweet treat.

Best of hopes in this month's competition. The message is worthwhile.

Peace & Respect,

A.R.

Just had to listen fully again and ask the question. Are you an anarchist
There are way too many truths here that only an anarchist would have the guts to put into one place.

"America is a lie". It took a lot of courage for you to say that poet. Many couldn't. I'm digging your work. Keep going and good luck
