Song is basically some last words from a beloved who has become a terminal patient, though hasn't lost hope at all and wishes it all could solve somehow. I felt it was a very agonizing situation, and made me think over how ephemeral life is sometimes, and that no matter how hard things get, there must be always a light at the end of the tunnel.
