Quality is good (has a certain Radiohead sound to a certain extent) but I wonder if this doesn't belong in asinger/songwriter genre - but then it is a bit far out for that simple genre. Just typing as I listen. Has a definite blues sound in the guitar solo. I would finish by saying that this does not belong in jazz - still it is well done and interesting.
