For what you had to work with it's a good job. However, and a big however, this song would have success on an R&B station in 2004, but not today. The industry has shifted so I just think the song is outdated, and too mellow.  There was also some pitch issues mixed in the song as well. You have a voice but perhaps that wasn't the best song choice for this competition.
