by Jeffrey Briggs

I grew up in a home where Bach was played frequently, making it a kind of folk music for me. My little brain absorbed it and I've never been free of its beautiful obsessions.

In the 90s I joined the Columbus (Ohio) MIDI Club and got into step recording - inputting notes slowly and having them play at whatever speed. Naturally I tried my hand at something Baroque.

It goes really fast at the end - too fast for even Glenn Gould, I think.

Here it is.
