About the Artist

CHRISALLYS was born in earlies 2003 as a union between BILLY SMK (vocalist, songwriter) from former band, SKINMASK, and MARTIN ADOLFI (guitars, keyborads and programming), with a big influences of 80..s Darkwave Gothic bands such as, The Sisters of Mercy and The Mission Uk, but with Metal and Industrial turns, with a fresh and personal sound. In 2004 CHRISALLYS releases their first album, " ReBorn", in Argenitina, with Twilight Records, featuring many guest musicians From LAMIA, and ANIMAL. The album had real good reviews from the local and International Press. Had Supporte Hocico in their first show in Argentina, and Had been interviewed by Brunno Kramm, to participate in the documentary DVD, HARMONIA MUNDI, to be playes in the WAVE GOTHIK TREFFEN Festival in Germany, And Have played many gigs all over Argentina. Now the band is recording thier new album, SACRED FIRE, that will include a cover song from DEPECHE MODE, "Sister of night" , that will also be included, in A German DM Tribute called "Depeche Rock Covers Vol. 1", and also in one Tribute in Argentina.
