Portrait of All Eyes Closed
All Eyes Closed started playing together in 2004 a little after they were learning to play instruments. Calvin started writing songs and a few months later Jesse started putting drums to them. For a few years the band name was The Headaches, but after consideration the name was changed in 2007 to All Eyes Closed. It was in December of 2007 that All Eyes Closed recorded their first CD with songs "Quit All the Texting" and "I Don't Care" featured. In the summer of 2010 they recorded their second CD entitled "When It Starts Being Something" including songs "Good is Just," "On My Heels" and "20 Milligrams." Shortly after they moved out to Seattle, WA to play music full time and are currently playing shows frequently around Seattle as well as Portland, OR. There are two in the band, brothers Calvin and Jesse Hughes, and with Calvin on guitar and lead vocals and Jesse on drums and backing vocals they play original songs with a mix of different genres and styles. Their live shows are filled with energy and honesty as they rock the stage and lose themselves in the music. Go out to a show and you will not be disappointed.
