Portrait of JPKALLIO.COM
JPKALLIO.COM came to the Dublin music scene pretty much out of nowhere. All the members had been involved in different music projects over the years, but when a Finish Singer, guitar slinger J.P. Kallio, Polish Bass player Tomek (Qra) Jastrzebski and Drummer Sebastian Bachowski locked them selves in to a rehearsal room in the inner city Dublin, it was clear that their mutual love for straight forward Punk rock was still very much alive. After six months cooked up in a rehearsal room, they layed down four track that ended up being their first E.P. “Play it loud”. The band very much lives for their live shows, and in its short time has started to make name for them selves in the Dublin pubs and Clubs. Their live energy is something you can only experience by being at the show.
“they blend lumps of Punk and punchy hard rock. Some impressive guitar work from super Kallio him self” - Hot Press
“JPKALLIO.COM. This was a band that didn’t just play but really worked the crowd and worked well with them. Not phased at being the last band going on, it seemed to actually stoke them up more for it. All that pent up energy was just let loose “ - http://musicreviewunsigned.com
