Portrait of The Audiopilots
Welcome to the (other) official Interweb headquarters of the Audiopilots, a group of hip, young jive turkeys from Howland, Ohio, brought together through their shared love of music and snackfoods. Here in Howland, making music is just about the most exciting thing you can do (within the confines of the law). Anyway, we’ve got a sound that isn’t very easy to describe. Dylan, on lead guitar, says it’s a mix of traditional rock, indie, and funk, with perhaps a hint of psychadelia. Anthony, the bassist, just says it’s awesome. We hope you’ll agree. Either way, we’re having a blast. Dale’s voice only gets better every day, even if his jokes only get worse. Oh well. Admittedly, there have already been some ups and downs, like the loss of our original drummer, then our second drummer, but everything has finally fallen into place. We recruited Dylan's younger brother, Mitch, to be our new drummer. The new line-up looks like its gonna be a really fun group to play with and we're looking forward to some good times. Of course, we’ll admit that we’re pretty much a band of nobodies. But we like it that way. We’re the Audiopilots.
