Judge for Tapas Musica

We play a variety of internationally styled music including original compositions. Tad, one of the members of the group wrote a song that became a huge hit in the Hawaiian islands in a Ja Waiian syle called Moloka'i Slide that won the 1997 HoKu award (think Grammy type award) for hit song of the year.

Many of the songs are written from the experiences of traveling to various destinations of interest. We switch to different instruments, such as bamboo flute, ukulele, keyboard, etc. depending on the arrangement, so some songs may not have the ones pictured here.
