New rock 'n roll is still out there. A Life Less Gray proves it.
A Life Less Gray formed in June of 2010, hailing from St. Louis, Missouri. They are bringing a new sound to the music world, in the likes of Alternative Metal. The music is comprised of modern rhythmic drums, catchy riffs, and smooth high singing with metal screams that are all blended together to make their unique and current sound. It is a type of music that is very radio friendly. The band consists of: Dav SteFanko, Chris Thomure, Aaron McEwen, Chris Powles, and Nik Crites.
On October 28, 2010, A Life Less Gray released their debut album “Goodbye”, which includes 10 tracks. Since the release of the album, the band has been hitting the road, rocking across the country and playing shows in as many new places as possible. Their unique and fresh sound infects people with a show that brings them back screaming for more. This biography is to express their business plan and take it to the next level, so that everyone may hear their music, fans and new fans alike. In the mean time, the band is working on their next CD, which is currently untitled.
In 2009, Dav SteFanko and Chris Thomure started jamming together, then not long after that they met Aaron McEwen. They continued jamming for a while and eventually went on to recruit Chris Powles on Vocals, and Nik Crites on Bass, thus forming “A Life Less Gray”. They have each been in different local bands, and have live and recording experience. They have already received endorsements from Rapco/Horizon and Attitude Designs, and are currently being sponsored by RockByte Records.
As of 2011, A Life Less Gray continues to work on their next CD, as well as play many new shows in new areas. They have all stated “We are ready to tour, bring it on”. Whether you’re a fan of Alternative Metal, or solid live performances, A Life Less Gray is a band to watch closely.
